We are growing rapidly, and as part of our continuous expansion we are searching for two strategic thinkers with solid business understanding to join our team. You will work with a wide range of areas across the organization, from business strategy and M&A to operational efficiency. As an example, we recently acquired vY Communication and EVE Images to further strengthen our end-to-end offering. The strategy team was a key success factor in the process, taking a leading role in the commercial due diligence and subsequently the integration of these companies, including mapping out a new operating model.

Joining our Oslo-based strategy and business development team, you will be an important part of shaping Marketer’s future. We are looking for two ambitious colleagues with experience from management consulting, investment banking, business development or equivalent, who wants to build a future at Marketer. We value teamwork, building on each other’s strengths, and helping each other where it's needed.

The immediate tasks for your position are:

  • Developing, monitoring, and maintaining a long-term strategic plan and growth strategy for Marketer
  • Identifying and executing important strategic projects and investments, joint ventures, potential M&A targets, and other strategic partnership opportunities
  • Managing our portfolio of businesses to optimize the corporate strategy
  • Participate in meetings with investors, financial or business advisors, and other relevant third parties
  • Collaborate with our sales team and contribute to larger strategic sales processes
  • Facilitate business growth by working together with customers, business partners and other lead employees

  • You have completed a higher education within business, economics, or similar fields
  • 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, business development, or equivalent, from top-tier institutions
  • You are a problem solver with excellent business understanding and very strong analytical skills, capable of breaking down complex issues and bringing structure into business cases
  • You are a team player, who work well with others
  • You understand that in a company that is growing at a rate like ours, changes are wanted, and highly necessary to continue to grow
  • You have an excellent command of the English language
