We offer real estate agents a solution to leverage data and insights to create the best sales strategy, and the tools to reach the most relevant buyers. Our Oslo-based sales team is working strategically towards markets and customers worldwide, guided by our strategy to single out the markets and customers where we can create high value and impact. We have built a high-performance team with a track-record of landing 70+ customers in more than 20 countries, across all continents. We bring perspectives, solutions and impact to our customers, and we are looking for you who are eager to join us in our mission of revolutionizing real estate transactions globally.

As our new Senior Account Executive, you will be a key player in continuing the international growth of Marketer. Your job will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, advise our customers on their digital transformation agenda and how Marketer is the right partner for the journey. You will manage your own portfolio of accounts, with responsibility to add, expand and renew according to quarterly targets. You will strategically target the largest and most attractive developers and real estate agencies, globally, with a core focus on selective markets such as US, UK, France, Spain, Latin America, Australia, and Norway. Our Senior Account Executives are also end-to-end responsible for the customer relationship, and should thus also be able to establish good relationships internally with our delivery and support department.

The immediate tasks for your position are:

  • Identify, target and land high-value and strategically important real estate agencies and developers globally, to fuel your portfolio
  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing customers, driving expansion and renewal of current accounts in your portfolio
  • Establish yourself and Marketer as a trusted partner and advisor to drive digital transformation with our customers, improve digital sales and marketing of their properties,
  • Stay up to date on the real estate industry and your clients' strategic agenda and their portfolio development (e.g. existing and upcoming development projects)
  • You will report to the Chief Revenue Officer

Your competence:

  • 5+ years of experience with sales, preferably with SaaS solutions
  • Experience within digital transformation and complex sales processes
  • Comfortable with meeting leaders at C-level, providing confident answers and providing valuable strategic advice
  • You like to travel and are happy to accept business meetings at a short notice
  • You have an excellent command of the English language, both written and oral
  • You are ambitious, and you appreciate teamwork and cooperation as a key lever to drive common success
  • You're interested in tech, but you do not have to be a certified nerd
  • You know how to deal with pressure
  • You understand that in a company that is growing at a rate like ours, changes are wanted, demanded and necessary to continue to grow
