Combined with targeting the right buyers, at the right time and place, we also enable developers to drive traffic to their store, enabling them to understand their customers, take control over the customer journey, and drive direct sales.

Selling secondhand real estate is all about finding the right buyer. We offer real estate agents a solution to leverage data and insights to create the best sales strategy, and the tools to reach the most relevant buyers. And it works - we recently published a study on the “Marketer effect” proving how customers achieve a premium on the selling price when using our solution.

Marketer also operates the two online residential real estate portals; Eiendom.no and Newbuilds.com.

We are looking for an ambitious Sales Executive who is ready to help us expand our customer portfolio. To succeed, you must coordinate calling, booking, and conducting your own client meeting, which requires high-level strategy preparation, as well as build, maintain, and develop strong relationships with new, potential customers all over the world. You will strategically target the largest and most attractive developers and real estate agencies, globally, with a core focus on selective markets such as US, UK, France, Spain, Latin America, Australia, and Norway. You will interact and collaborate closely with our founders, product team, marketing, data scientists, and in-house strategy team as you expand your knowledge of real estate and technology globally.

In this role, you will be in charge of conceiving and selling transformational projects and for advising our customers on the best customized solution for marketing their properties and projects, and you will have the opportunity to build, develop and maximize your own customer portfolio. As our Sales Executive, you will be an important driving force in our further development and you must share our growth ambitions.

Our Oslo-based sales team is working strategically towards markets and customers worldwide, guided by our strategy to single out the markets and customers where we can create high value and impact. We have built a high-performance team with a track-record of landing 70+ customers in more than 20 countries, across all continents. The start of any career in Marketer consists of product understanding, as well as getting to know our customers and their needs. We will ensure that you develop a solid understanding of our business model and the real estate industry, and we will provide the necessary training for you to succeed and develop further in your own career. Your areas of responsibility will expand as Marketer develops and your internal competence and experience grows. We are looking for a colleague who wants to build a future at Marketer.

The immediate tasks for your position are:

  • Act as a strategic consultant and advise clients to choose the best solution for marketing their properties
  • Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing customers
  • Stay up to date on your clients' real estate projects, both ongoing and upcoming campaigns, through constant dialogue
  • Learn about the real estate industry on a global level, through own research and form you colleagues experience
  • Maintain a strong relationship with the customer's marketing department
  • Keep customer information up to date in our CRM system
  • Attend meetings with your customers' partners 

Your competence:

  • 2+ years of experience with sales, preferably with SaaS solutions
  • Experience from the real estate industry or equivalent is an advantage
  • You can show us good results from previous experiences
  • Comfortable with meeting leaders at C-level, providing confident answers and providing valuable strategic advice
  • You like to travel and are happy to accept business meetings at a short notice
  • You have an excellent command of the English language, both written and oral
  • You are ambitious and humble enough to be a good team player
  • You're interested in tech, but you do not have to be a certified nerd
  • You understand that in a company that is growing at a rate like ours, changes are wanted, demanded and necessary to continue to grow, thus you are able to handle ambiguity
