As a result of our growing customer base, we are seeking new talent to help us develop our existing customer portfolio. As Customer Success Intern you will be introduced to Marketer from the inside and how our Customer Success team operates when setting up marketing plans for property projects, participating in client meetings, research activities, and handling day-to-day tasks. You will work closely with our Customer Success Managers, and through excellent communication contribute towards client follow-up and ensure that we deliver according to expectations. Further, you will coordinate our daily campaign activities, and work with a combination of technology platforms like Facebook, DV360 and Marketer’s own SaaS product to ensure that all campaigns are running smoothly and performing with maximum effect. To provide excellent service as well as introducing customers to our systems, you will receive training from supportive coworkers in all relevant systems.
We are looking for someone who is organised and able to see the bigger picture, always asking yourself questions like “Is there a pattern behind errors?” or “Are we delivering as intended?” You are able to identify potential improvements and keep a critical eye on operational situations. Additionally, you have a good business understanding, and are motivated by the opportunity to develop and nurture relationships with our existing customers in the future.

The internship is intended to last for 6 months, depending on how quickly you develop and if you transfer to a permanent position. We can offer the opportunity to start part-time during your studies, and after graduation start full-time on your internship.
